Individual Meat Loaves

I am not a meatloaf fan at all but these are very moist and the sauce is sweet! This recipe works with ground beef and ground turkey as well but is most delicious with ground pork.

1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup + a little bread crumbs
1/2 pound ground pork
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard

In a medium bowl, beat egg; add milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion salt, pepper, and bread crumbs. Add pork and mix well.

Shape into two loaves; place in a small baking pan.

In bowl, combine brown sugar, ketchup, vinegar, and mustard; pour over loaves.

Bake uncovered, at 325 degrees for one hour or until no longer pink.
