Crockpot Pizza

COMMENTS:
What a fun alternative to pizza! You can leave out the beef, if desired.

INGREDIENTS:
1 (8oz) package rigatoni pasta
1 pound ground beef
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 can condensed cream of tomato soup
1 (14oz) jar pizza sauce
4 oz. sliced pepperoni, optional

DIRECTIONS:
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente; drain and set aside. Meanwhile, brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain off grease.
In slow cooker, alternate layers of ground beef, noodles, cheese, soup, sauce, and pepperoni.
Cook on Low setting for 4 hours.
