Italian Meat Loaf

So simple and so moist!

2 pounds lean ground beef
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup marinara sauce with onion, divided
1 1/2 cups seasoned bread crumbs

Combine beef, eggs, bread crumbs and 1/2 cup of sauce in a bowl. Shape the beef mixture into a loaf that will fit in a slow cooker without touching the sides. Spread the remaining 1/2 cup marinara sauce on top of the meat loaf.
Cover cooker and cook on low for 5 hours, or until meatloaf is done.
