Chinese Salad

This is so yummy! (probably because of all the sugar) and the Ramen noodles on top make for a tasty crunch!

2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 bunch green onion, chopped
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 bunches romaine lettuce leaves
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
6 ounce package Ramen noodles
4 ounces sesame seeds
1/2 stick butter

Boil the oil, sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce for one minute.
Toss the lettuce and onions with this dressing and set aside.
Saute the almonds, sesame seeds, and Ramen noodles in the butter. Garnish the top of the salads with the crunchy saute.
