It's no secret that I love crock pot recipes for their easiness and how tender the meat gets. This one, though, was a hit even among the kids!
2 pounds pork tenderloin, cut into chunks
20 ounces canned pineapple chunks, drained
10 ounces sweet and sour sauce
1 medium onion, thickly sliced
In a slow cooker, combine pork, pineapple and sweet and sour sauce. Add onion and stir to blend. Cover and cook on Low for 8-9 hours or medium for 4-5 hours, until pork is cooked through.
