Coffee Mousse

This was really yummy - and only needs 3 ingredients. I really liked it as is but my husband thought it would be good as a topping on a pie or cake or a dip for cookies, etc. We used hazelnut cream coffee which was delicious but decided using hot chocolate would be really good too.

10-12 large marshmallows
1/2 cup brewed coffee
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped

In a heavy saucepan, combine marshmallows and coffee; cook and stir over low heat until melted.
Remove from heat and cool to room temperature. Fold in whipped cream.
Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill until serving.
