This recipe was adapted from a South Beach Diet recipe - super easy, super tasty, and EVERYONE ate it!
3 grilled chicken breasts, sliced (I used Tyson Grilled and Ready from the freezer department)
1 bag frozen snap pea stir fry veggies
2 tablespoons soy sauce
Warm chicken breasts (4 minutes in the microwave) and slice. Meanwhile, heat skillet with a bit of olive oil. Add veggies; stir-fry until no longer frozen, about 3 minutes. Add chicken and soy sauce. Stir, cover for another 3 minutes, and enjoy!
