We made this version of hot chocolate for our Mexican Fiesta... It was delicious!
2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
6 tablespoons sugar
dash of cinnamon
In a separate pot, warm milk and cream on low heat until hot but not boiling. Add a little hot milk to melted chocolate to form a paste.
Stir in remaining milk, cream, sugar, and cinnamon. Serve immediately.
