This recipe was part of the Grilled Feta Squash recipe in Woman's Day. DELICIOUS! My chicken-despising son even enjoyed the mild flavor and tenderness!
INGREDIENTS:
chicken breasts, cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces
1/2 teaspoon oregano
kosher salt
pepper
lemon
DIRECTIONS:
Thread chicken onto skewers.
Squeeze juice of half of the lemon over chicken.
Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
Grill until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, squeezing remaining lemon juice near the end of cooking.
