COMMENTS:
Yum! Yum! Yum! Just make sure you don't over-cook the chicken. You don't want to have chewy pizza!
INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
8 ounces chicken strips
1 1/2 cups sliced red onion
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Boboli pizza shell (or use any pizza crust: homemade or refrigerated)
1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Garlic Italian Blend)
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and onion; cook 3 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Add barbecue sauce; simmer one minute or until chicken is cooked through.
Place pizza crust on foil-lined baking sheet; top with chicken mixture and cheese.
Bake in preheated 425 degree oven 12 minutes or until crust in golden brown and cheese in melted.
