This fudge is extremely rich, which is great for me to control my portions! Making this into a ring makes it very fancy. For Christmas, I am going to add red and green M&Ms on top to make it look like a wreath. (This is also very quick and easy to make.)
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels
1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 14 oz (save the can)
Grease an 8-inch round cake pan with softened butter.
Combine all ingredients in a pot over low heat. Stir until it's all melted together. (I like for it to still be a little chunky.)
Cover milk can with plastic wrap and place in the center of your cake pan. Pour or scoop the fudge into the cake pan around the ring and refrigerate until firm.
When the fudge is set, pull the can out of the middle, loosen the sides and bottom of fudge and remove from cake pan.
