I am not a hamburger person at all but the flavor and moistness of these burgers blows me away every time!
1 pound ground beef or turkey
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/2 teaspoon ginger
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Divide beef mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a 1/2-inch thick patty.
Prepare grill. Place patties on grill rack; grill 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness.
