COMMENTS:
You know the candied yams at Thanksgiving time? This is very similar in taste and a huge hit at our house.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cans (15oz each) sweet potatoes, drained
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 cups miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat sweet potatoes, butter, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg in medium bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Spoon into lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; top with marshmallows.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until potato mixture is heated through and marshmallows are lightly browned.
