This is my mom's recipe. Yum! I usually double this recipe and freeze half!

1 jar (26oz) Ragu sauce
9 lasagna noodles
1 egg
1 1/2 cups large curd cottage cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1 package of sliced Mozzarella cheese

Cook noodles in large amount of boiling water until tender (9-12 minutes). Drain and rinse.
Beat egg. Add cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese, and parsley flakes.
Layer three of the noodles in square baking dish; spread with one third the cheese filling; layer with four slices of the mozzarella cheese, and one third of the Ragu. Repeat layers twice.
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees about 30 minutes (or assemble early and refrigerate; bake 45 minutes). Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
