Layered Enchilada Casserole

Yum! Make sure you have extra tortilla chips on hand to eat with this casserole.

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 cup oats
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound tomato sauce
1 cup low-fat sour cream
1 cup Ricotta cheese
1 can diced green chillies
1 bag baked tortilla chips
1 cup Cheddar cheese

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a skillet, brown the beef and drain well. Blot with paper towels to remove some more of the grease. Add garlic powder, oats, and tomato sauce.
In a bowl, mix together sour cream, Ricotta cheese, and green chillies.
Crush tortilla chips and place half of them on the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Add half the meat mixture and then half the sour cream mixture, and finally the cheese. Repeat the layers. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes.
