Here is a simpler lasagna recipe my son found in a kids' cookbook. It was a hit with everyone in our house! (I especially liked that I didn't have to boil the noodles!)

1 jar spaghetti sauce
6 dried lasagna noodles
16 oz cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spread just enough sauce on the bottom of a 2-qt. baking dish to cover the bottom. Place two UNCOOKED noodles on top of the sauce. (You may need to break them to make them fit.) Begin layering starting with about one third of the remaining sauce followed by half of the cottage cheese, one third of the mozzarella cheese, two more noodles, half of remaining sauce, remaining cottage cheese, half of remaining mozzarella cheese, and finishing with final noodles, sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and cover.
Bake for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
