Delicious as a sandwich! My kids had seconds of this dish!
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound pork roast
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 ounces tomato sauce
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS:
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the roast on all sides; transfer to a slow cooker.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on Low for 8-9 hours.
Shred meat with two forks for serving.
