I got a bread machine for Christmas and have been experimenting with many varieties. This one is a keeper! I think I may let the machine do all the work except the baking so I can make it in a long loaf in my oven.
1 1/2 cups 80-90 degree water
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Place the ingredients in the order listed into the bread pan. Start bread maker for a two pound loaf with light crust.
