This bread is so good! It stays moist and slices well even several days later.
3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons water, 80-90 degrees
1/2 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan, Asiago cheese mixture
2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon hot sauce
4 1/4 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons yeast
Place ingredients, in the order listed, in the bread pan.
Select Large, White, and Medium Crust.
