Double Chocolate Brownie Cake

This is so moist and delicious! I found the recipe on allrecipes.com for a colleague's birthday and it received rave reviews on there AND at work. I can't wait to make it again for me!

INGREDIENTS:
1 package devil's food cake mix
1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
powdered sugar for decoration

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a bundt pan. Have all ingredients at room temperature.
In a large bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, oil, and water. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl, and beat 4 minutes on medium speed.
Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool slightly before turning onto cooling rack.
When cooled completely, sprinkle with powered sugar.
