I think I am on a Hillbilly Housewife kick! This is yet another recipe enjoyed by our family!
1 cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
6 chicken leg quarters
6 Tablespoons dry bread crumbs
2 teaspoons parsley
3 Tablespoons sesame seeds
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon pepper
Combine the soy sauce, oil, and garlic in large sealable bag. Shake to combine well; add chicken to bag. Let stand at room temperature no more than fifteen minutes; turning once.
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix together bread crumbs, parsley, sesame seeds, paprika, and pepper in pie plate. Remove chicken from marinade (discard marinade) and coat in seasoned bread crumb mixture.
Place chicken on greased baking pan.
Bake for 55 minutes or until cooked through.
