COMMENTS:
I made this with the leftovers from the Crockpot BBQ Chicken recipe. Simple and delicious!
INGREDIENTS:
1 pizza crust
1 cup (or more) of leftover shredded BBQ Chicken and sauce
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1/2 red onion sliced
1 cup Mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS:
Saute red onion in olive oil until tender. Mix together with leftover chicken and sauce. Pour over pizza crust. Top with cheese. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 minutes.
