Mexican Salad

A friend gave me this recipe and we LOVED it! I threw a bunch of leftovers in here - even chicken. Simple, different, and a great way to clean out my fridge!

4 teaspoons taco seasoning
8 oz. ranch dressing
1 head Romaine lettuce
1 sliced cucumber
1 diced tomato
1 diced green pepper
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup shredded Cheddar
tortilla chips, crumbled

Mix taco seasoning with ranch dressing; set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients, minus tortilla chips. Toss as a salad. Crumble chips on top. Use ranch mix as dressing.
