We were hosting my daughter's "S'More" Books Book Club. A "requirement" of hosting is to have some sort of S'Mores to eat. Since we do not have a fire pit, I combined a few recipes to create this! Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup butter
4 oz. semisweet baking bars, chopped
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 bag (10.5 oz.) mini-marshmallows
Jar of hot fudge
3 graham cracker sheets
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Microwave butter and chopped chocolate for one minute until melted and smooth, stirring every 30 seconds.
Beat together chocolate mixture with sugar, flour, cocoa, eggs, vanilla, and salt. Spread batter into a greased 15x10x1 pan.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with mini-marshmallows. Bake 8-10 more minutes until marshmallows are golden brown.
Remove from oven one last time. Drizzle warm cake with half of the hot fudge.
Sprinkle with graham cracker chunks and drizzle with remaining hot fudge.
