COMMENTS:
This recipe originally called for chopped black olives and one egg as well. However, my family doesn't like black olives so I just omitted them and I forgot about the egg. It turned out well and everyone enjoyed it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground chicken breast
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tablespoon dried green onions
1 Tablespoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup brown rice, cooked
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into 4 patties; place on oiled baking sheet.
Bake for 25 minutes.
