Wild Rice Meatballs

COMMENTS:
Another recipe from my nutritionist that was a hit with the whole family!

INGREDIENTS:
1 pound ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups cooked wild rice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
(spaghetti sauce or salsa to top)

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients and shape into 12 large meatballs.
Place on baking sheet.
Bake 30-40 minutes, or until brown.
Top with spaghetti sauce or salsa, as desired.
