Another great recipe from my nutritionist (adapted slightly with the veggies we enjoy most)! I think we are enjoying this "eating healthy" thing!
4 Tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 pounds lean pork, cut into thin strips
2 red/green peppers, chopped
1 bag frozen snap peas
1 cup beef broth
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
2 Tablespoons Bragg liquid Amino's
2 Tablespoons cold water
In large skillet, heat oil over high heat. When oil is hot, add garlic and pork until lightly browned, about 5 minutes.
Add vegetables and season as desired with salt and pepper.
Mix together remaining ingredients; add to wok, stirring to thicken.
Stir until heated through. Serve over brown rice.
