Pork, Veggies, and Rice

COMMENTS:
A quick (it ALMOST makes it to the 15 minutes or less category!) healthy dinner that everyone ate! (My son wanted more asparagus!?!?!?)INGREDIENTS:
1 onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 pounds pork, cubed
2 cups brown rice, cooked
4 cups asparagus, cooked and cut in thirds
2 Tablespoons Bragg Liquid Aminos
1/2 teaspoon black pepper

DIRECTIONS:
Saute bell pepper and onion in oil. Add garlic; saute an additional minute.
Add pork to vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes.
Stir in rice, asparagus, Bragg Liquid Aminos, and pepper until heated through.
