Super Delicious Chops

COMMENTS:
I love getting this ready in the late afternoon for my husband to grill for dinner. The kids always ask for seconds!

INGREDIENTS:
4 bone-in pork loin chops
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup minced onion
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dry white wine OR water OR apple cider vinegar

DIRECTIONS:
Combine soy sauce, onion, and garlic; remove and reserve 1 tablespoon of mixture. Pour remaining mixture over chops in large plastic food storage bag. Press air out of bag; close top securely. Turn bag over several times to coat chops. Refrigerate 1-2 hours, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, mix reserved mixture and wine. Preheat grill or broiler.

Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade.

Grill or broil chops 4 inches from heat source, brushing occasionally with soy-wine mixture, for 9-10 minutes on each side or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into meat registers an internal temperature of 155-160 degrees.

Yes! They were very delicious. Erik ate all the pork chops on his plate before I could even sit down to eat my dinner. Yummy and moist....pork chops don't get any better than these. Thanks for the great recipe.
