Chicken Indonesian

I love using my slow cooker for this moist tender chicken! This is delicious with brown rice, steamed broccoli, and baked sweet potatoes.

1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 skinless chicken thighs (or breasts)
1/3 cup peanut butter, optional

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, and cayenne pepper. Place chicken in a crockpot. Pour sauce mixture over the top of the chicken. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 6-7 hours or until chicken is tender and fully cooked.

Optional: Remove chicken from crockpot and stir peanut butter into juices until smooth. Spoon sauce over chicken to serve.
