Simple, flavorful, extra quick dinner!
INGREDIENTS:
1 16 ounce bag sugar snap peas stir-fry
1 package kielbasa sausage, cut in 1/2 inch slices
1 cup pineapple chunks, drained
1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce
DIRECTIONS:
Stir fry veggies and kielbasa for 8-10 minutes or until vegetables are crisp tender and sausage is heated through.
Stir in pineapple chunks and sweet and sour sauce. Heat 2-3 minutes and serve.
