This is a tasty change from the plain chicken - and it's in the crockpot which makes life so much simpler for me!
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
3 chicken breast halves
1 jar slice mushrooms, drained [optional]
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
2 tablespoons dry sherry
3 slices Swiss cheese
Place chicken in crockpot, allowing to cook for a bit (30-90 minutes, depending on if it is thawed or not).
Top chicken with mushrooms and pour soup and sherry over all of it.
Cover; cook on low for 4 hours, stirring at least once.
Top each chicken breast with a slice of cheese. Re-cover crockpot, allowing cheese to melt, and then crumble bacon on top before serving.
