My dad used to make this every winter when we got the nice fluffy snow. I've only had the chance to make it a couple times on my own because you have to have FLUFFY snow (the wet stuff doesn't work as well) and you have to have vanilla pudding on hand... Beware, this is very sweet and very cold!
INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons vanilla
2 cups sugar
2 cups milk, divided
1 package regular vanilla pudding (NOT instant)
clean fluffy snow
DIRECTIONS:
Heat vanilla, sugar, 1 cup of milk, and pudding together until sugar is dissolved and mixture is creamy.
Remove from heat and add remaining 1 cup of milk.
Finally, add snow until it becomes ice cream texture.
