COMMENTS:
I was bit hesitant to try this recipe with the ingredients but it was great! The chicken was tender and tasty!
INGREDIENTS:
16 ounce can of pork and beans
chicken pieces (we used 6 legs)
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons peach preserves
2 teaspoons minced onion
1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 cup brown sugar
DIRECTIONS:
Place beans in casserole dish; top with chicken.
Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over chicken and beans.
Cover and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
